Error Code 2 Black ops 2

Hello ,
I have a small problem.
Yesterday I bought Black Ops 2 , after the installation I can not run .
It turns Completing the installation of 1% and then it falls down and shows error code 2 Please help me.

Same Problem...my friend says me Steam hasn´t Servers for Call of Duty Black Ops II, also you cant play COD Black Ops II now, I bought this today, i am really lucky because i bought it for only 8,99 Euro.

oh my god yes finally someone else with the same problem. I bought BO2 last night off G2A. Redeemed it with no problem and after I installed it same thing 1% then it fails

just close your steam
2.do windows key+r
3. Type "steam://flushconfig/ hit ok then accept the changes to pc
4. disabel your antivirus for a sec
5. and then it starts

hi,i hope this will be the solution for you all

1. completely exit Steam-Client
2. open run dialog (WIn+R) and type: steam://flushconfig/ then press Enter button
3. restart your computer
4. now launch Steam directly from the installation folder (~C:\program files (x86) \Steam)

same here reinstalled bo2 2x times and reinstalled steam 3 times its just with black ops 2
i love this game so i hope this is getting fixed asap
