What you have to do is go to:
Steamapps>common>Black ops 2>Redist>
Now,if you have the x86 version of Windows,run and install vcredist_x86.exe,if you don't have the x86,don't open it nor install it.
Open the directX folder and find the DXSETUP.exe file and install it.
Once you have done installing directX,go back to the Black ops 2 folder;
Right click on the t6mp.exe file and click on Properties,go to the compatibility tab and check the following:
Run this program in compatibility mode for windows 8 or 7,if one doesn't work,try the other.
Click on Apply.
Now open up Steam and go to Black ops 2 zombies and go to properties.
Go to the local file tab and click "verify integrity of game cache" and let it complete.
Everything should be fine now,if you're wondering why such strange even happened to your game,is because everytime windows 10 updates,the game will not open up correctly,it's normal,and if it happens to you in the future,be sure to remember these steps.
If something went wrong,be sure to leave a comment under this post,i'll be sure to help you.
Have a good day.
BTW i saved your comment on word pad under "Words of Wisdom" LOL
