FOB Spectre on Veteran and other questions

1. Any advice on completing Spectre on Veteran, that are not links to 7 year old Youtube videos of aim assist console playthroughs or people not actually playing on Veteran?

2. If I choose Spectre as a single mission select (not Resume Story) and complete it, does it count towards the "best ending" or no?

3. I already lost 2 strike teams and have only 1 left. I haven't played the other Strike mission at all. If I "Rewind" to Old Wounds, will I lose my previous Old Wounds challenges?

5. Why the hell did they implement this "optional" Strike Force crap then gate the best ending behind them... I have never had issues playing any CoD title I have played on the hardest, except for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FOB Specter

6. It says Spectre and the other one (in Iran) are available for 4 campaign missions worth of time or something... if I play the story mission, will my strike teams refresh?

7. Can I decrease difficulty in the middle of the campaign?

Seriously this Strike stuff is bullcrap.

On Spectre can I just immediatly move everyone to the last fallback point and just let the Chinese breach the perimeter? Also, people say "use the Claw" the Claw EVENTUALLY dies.
