Keep getting stuck at ''Joining game lobby'' in BO2 HC multiplayer

Im unable to join any game lobby for about 2 days now, it keeps getting stuck at ''Joining game lobby'' message, had no issues before. Is anybody else having the same issues?

Yeah, theres only like 50 ppl playing the game.

Update: After setting Max ping to 200-250 in search preferences [was at 150 before], i was able to join some game lobbies. So it looks like, correct me if im wrong, that all north american and possibly european BO2 game servers [lobbies] are either inaccessible or down. Now thats weird.
