Rockstar Games Launcher: Shop , function dont work

Hi there, i want to pre-order RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 for Pc but every time when i start the new Rockstar Games Launcher i`m not able to visit the shop, i just see my own libary. Ive the latest version of the launcher but no chance. I moved from Germany to Namibia, could that be a reson why iam not able to visist the shop? but ive also changed the Country on my Rockstar Club Account to Namibia, but it dont work as well. Does anyone of you have the same problem? I would be thankful for some help. By the way i also tried to find help at the Rockstar support but with now result as well.
