GTA5 Arcade Lights Flickering

[DEAD MEAT]

The Lights in the GTA5 Arcade have begun to flicker, it' get's even worse and becomes a strobe effect when I try to use the Heist Board. I have contacted Rockstar Support a couple of times since it began, and have noticed that other Players are having same issue. Has anybody here had this, and found a FIX ???
