new issue
For whatever reason the game immediately loses frames and starts skipping or lagging when it starts up, this is a new issue and I don't understand why. I've validated, uninstalled and re-installed the game and I'm still facing this issue.

its the PC's problem. you should get an antivirus and get rid of possible malware as soon as possible.
