Speed hopper
Isn't the Speedhopper achievement really difficult? Do you have any tips for clearing the game within 40 minutes?

mango 1st relic + terrain die with gravity or heavy and flash. once you place down the flash die, pick it back up and place it again. this is the most busted thing in the game and you should only do this when you are struggling really really hard. this will trivialize the whole game.

also, do this at d0

I'll try playing with that. Thank you!
Does anyone know if loading times count towards it? If so there is like 10 minutes loss through whole run. For me it takes 15 secs to load stages in later levels.
Also there is difference between achievement in game (50min) and achievment on Steam (40min), any clues why?

I didn't unlock it on my first attempt at 44 minutes, so it must be 40 minutes. I think the 50-minute display is a mistake.

Make sure to increase game speed in settings, helped me get it.
And last but not least : dodge as many battles as possible

40 minutes is the correct value. There was a graphical bug that was fixed in the latest update
Maybe everyone here has already done so, but go into Settings -> Gameplay and set Game Speed to Fast instead of Normal. Biggest impact without any effort
Other advice not already mentioned is manage your deck tightly. You want a small deck that plays itself essentially so no surprises as to what is going to come out of your bag

In addition to what others are saying, it's quicker to use keyboard hotkeys. Pressing 1, 2, etc. selects the first, second, etc. dice.

I've been trying to get Flash on a Heavy/Grav Die for a while, it seems really rare.
The combo is unlikely to generate itself, you'll probably have to apply one or both properties in a shop.

Even then, I mean.

Wait WHAT?! That's an option?!

Though, I can't say I agree with having an achievement that requires a certain setting in the options to be viable. It feels kinda lame.
Eh the same thing exists in Slay the Spire. Probably plenty of others too.
