Dice rerolls
Is it just me or does rerolling a die often result in a low roll? I had a build that focused on rerolling dice and really often a 0 rolled back to 0. I had a board full of dice and every single one low rolled. The whole run was like that and it felt statistically really improbable.

I've also gone heavy on reroll builds and havent encountered anything like that. Probably just bad luck on your end.
It's just confirmation bias. You don't notice the time that you reroll two mirror dice and they both come up 4, but you definitely notice the time you reroll two mirror dice and they both come up 0.

I had so much of bad luck it really felt improbable. Several times I had a 2/3 chance to roll better than what I had and it failed 10ish times in a row. The probability of that happening is very low. It wasn't just one instance but the whole run. It made the reroll build pretty bad.
Guys don`t forget, you can upgrade your luck. That skill decides how good or bad your dice roll :)
What did this reroll build look like? As far as I know, if you get a relic that gives you some kind of bonus for rerolls then it's an advantage, otherwise if you just want bigger numbers then you're better off using terrain die.

There are all sorts of relics that will boost your numbers. Like one of them makes 0 face get a +4.

I had relics that gave me guaranteed rerolls and rolling low numbers (0s and 1s I think). Every reroll dealt 1 damage to a random enemy and then I just redistributed face values and tried to draw as many dice per turns as possible. 10ish was my best and on several occasions rerolling gave me back the same low value for all dice even if it was a 1/3 or 1/2.

I was a fun build and at least then it was effective. Far less so because I had several three sided dice with a 0 on them. Half of my dice were left unused and sometimes even floating mana.
That doesn't sound like a build that would scale on higher difficulties. Like Cinder's 2nd starting relic, the one that looks like stairs. You get +1 to a die every time your reroll it, so with some reroll die you can really ramp up your damage and block later in the game regardless of how bad your die faces are.

Sure there might be better builds or better versions of my build but that wasn't the point I was making.
My Mirror rolled 6 times in a row to 0 |0-0-4-4-4-4| Faulty is so disgusting.

There's relics that effect rerolls like Liquid Karma
There's just no real point of claims like this unless you start recording the results and get a large sample size.

I didn't do a scientific research I was just asking if anyone has noticed the same. It's a valid observation to see something really unlikely happen a lot in a row.
