About teamwork training

When I accidentally removed a teamwork skill, it seems I have to spend 2 days to learn it back again.
It seems a bit strange. If I went and learn other skills and change back I won't mind.

So I suggest, if the player remove a skill and instantly relearn it , it should not consume any time at all.
