I lvl Alisa just to lvl 3, so i would get her to be a High mage, so she was useful. (you can use her in some quest and get extra stats without lvl her. ) you can also get a few farmer quest (+ 3 hp and + 3 sp) and similar for extra stats boots.
As for Misasa, i only did the quest with Alisa, so i cant help about not using her.
Doomsday (currently on day56)
Enemy bonus level every 5 days starting from day 1 (so +12 bonus levels)
Custom difficulty with every thing buff enemy/debuff player to the max
My A team are around level 20, this is the configuration:
#1 Ranger (sadist + mana core + quick)
#2 Assasin (sadist + mana core + quick)
#3 Bard (born leader + mana core + quick)
#4 Priest (impatient + mana core + magic talent)
#5 High Mage (impatient + mana core + magic talent)
Most fights I use this tactic:
Turn 1 by action order:
High mage (impatient): cast mass enchant weapon x2 (burn BP for extra AP)
Priest (impatient): mass divine guidance + bless weapon on ranger&assassin (burn BP for extra AP)
Bard: haste + battle song + rally + personal song on High mage
High mage: cast the rest 2 elements of enchant weapon
Ranger: shadow step -> light arrow -> burn as many BP and get as many enemies health under 20% for assassin auto crit
Assassin: shadow step -> throwing knifes on <20% targets to get frenzy -> knife fan (60% chain by lover archer)
Turn 2+:
Shadow walk on dps dealers to prevent damage
Bard regenerate SP/BP
Mages afk or pick up single targets
Most fights group enemies just vanishes on turn 1, but everyone in the team is crutial for it to work. I can maybe waste a few days on Alisa to replace the high mage, but it will increase the enemy levels and also she doesn't have impatient to buff dps dealers on turn 1 (all 4 types of elemental weapon on 2 dps before they act is massive)
