How to learn teamwork skills?

Hi everyone! Need some help!
I open a learn screen and first skills row is clickable (party level 8). But clicking or dragging skills does nothing and train button is inactive. Also I cannot find info on this in in-game encyclopedia.

klick on the skill an than on one of the free squares. Confused the hell out of me

yeah it took me like 3 minute to figure it out apparently you need click both the team work slot and the skill

Lol yeah, click on the skill should have open a popup asking if you want learn it or not, and if no free slot the popup would quote there's no free slot to learn more skill.

Or at least the slot highlight should be more clear, a tip quoting to select a free slot first, then skills that can be learned highlight, and select one open a popup, just enable the button to learn selected skill isn't enough obvious.
