Skill Accuracy + character accuracy (Mostly influenced by DEX but also skills etc) - highest of applicable enemy block/dodge - range penalties - difficulty modifier.

Caps at 95% (unless Bravery points are used or custom difficulty is applied.)

Some skills cannot be dodged, some cannot be parried, so in those cases those will not be used.

I may be forgetting some factors but those are the main ones I believe.

There are many additional situational bonuses/penalties of course, i.e. high bravery points gives you a bonus, high ground tiles in forest give you a bonus, surrounding enemy gives you a bonus, etc, etc.

Wait, I don't think Skill Accuracy is additive to Character Accuracy, is it? Most enemies would have like ~50% hit chance on Very Hard even with like 150 dodge and that's definitely not the case.

? It does add, hence the fact that a 80 base acc skill on a 80 acc character, will have 10 hit chance vs an opponent with 150 dodge (granted the skill can be dodged)

Hm, okay that's surprising. I guess I haven't taken a very close look at the skill accuracy of most abilities. Most enemy attacks must be 80 accuracy instead of 100 then.

Honestly, that means block/dodge is even worse than I thought on Very Hard.
