There is a setting in the options you need to activate first, for the game to use the ini-file.
You are given a number of points, and you can pick the stats/talents/etc of the characters you recruit. You can turn it on at the start of a game, and each scouted Adventurer normally costs 2000 gold.
Honestly, it's kind of unnecessary, given you aim to form a party of 6, and 4 of the 5 recruitable adventurers have unique OP skills, but it does let you design the characters you use instead of it coming down to sheer luck!
I just bought myself a steamdeck and cannot wait to play OAG on it, in fact I started already.
I would like to make some changes to the config.ini tho, but cannot seem to find the file on the steamdeck desktop version.
Does anyone know how to do it?
Thanks alot in advance!
if you use that option, does it void achievements?
It doesn't for me :)
I don't know, If you are referring to me, but:
for example I edit the romance chance and the str/bi/homosexual distribution
During different playthroughs I also experimented with scouting, growth rate, event count per map, enemy movement speed... almost every setting available, out of curiosity :)
greetings!
