How do I add a fragment to an item?
Perhaps I'm just missing something really obvious, but I have fragments and some rares with open slots, but I can't figure out how you add A to B?

You have to get far enough along to unlock the gem upgrade for the blacksmith. Once you have that in the blacksmith there are 2 buttons near the center top. you start on the top one which is for crafting. the one under that is for installing gems.
