question on static attribute growth vs rolled anyone willing to help a noob?

OK so I'm not sure what it means by static attribute growth based off the traits of the adventurer?
Also is it balanced or does it make the game more easy or hard?

Static growth means that Attributes will gain a point whenever the growth accumulates to a 100%. So if you have a growth of 50% you'll get a point increase every two levels. On average a static growth will give you lower stats because with the reroll mechanic in the roll system you are more likely to end up with more attribute points.
