B and C-team for temp replacements
D&E&F for time consuming and boring assignements, that will stay at lvl 1 until lategame Lategame 30-ish total roster
For the first c.40 missions, always have an A-Team member in each mission (to apply beneficial event reward on them instead of having it "wasted" on a D-Tier member)

A-Party deals with all the heavy story stuff.
B-Party runs random missions while A team is resting. They are focused more about making me money than heroics.
4 loose people run assignments full time. Because they only do assignments, I don't have to worry about gear or skill training costs unless I feel like it.
