Still an amazing and great game.

But I cant get the Animal Trainer to train anyone. What Feature/trait am I missing to get this? Or What?

Ahh, just had a brainwave.
I have never tried a 'Ranger' as I converted them all to Bards as Ranger Class was Pizz Poor imho.

Not sure what's your issue but that may be related to the odds of success of his training being [(5*Wis + 5*Dex)-200]% so if your adventurers lack the adequate attribute values, you'll have to wait.

More generically, before you start an assignment (and even while it is ongoing, but it won't help you then) you can see

A] the total chances of success at the bottom, and
B] what values influence this by hovering over the small icons at the top with a percent sign

So in some cases it counts the total levels of all adventurers involved, in others their strength or endurance scores, etc.
