omega camp and inquisitor

i have some trouble with camps: i just found and complete only 2 of them
now i have the mark on omega location but none or nothing are there
the place should be the same of the last inquisitor encounter but he don't appear

i have only these thinks to do before the last boss battle

Explore entire area within this mark, try tweaking the sound up, so you can hear beeping noise earlier and navigate to its direction.

None of my camps had inquisitor, I doubt you need him for a camp to spawn.

Hi, i have the same issue on XsX. Few weeks ago i finished the game on PS5 and everything appeared well. Did you got thru your issue? I tried to look in every corner of map many times.. All maps areas are cleaned on 100 % but Inquisitor still doesn't appear and connected omega camp still don't appeared too. Not sure what i missed..
