I don't see the video you attached, but from what I understand (thanks to the translator) you have some problem with the loading screen. If you could try to post the link again or provide screenshots of the problem I would greatly appreciate it.

The video is perfectly clickable for me. What I'm pointing out is that you all somehow missed that NOBODY on Xbox sees the clues on the loading screen.
I don't understand how you can say that you tested the game on the console and you didn't notice that nothing shows up on the loading screen.

I've made a post on reddit alerting of all these bugs so people don't lose their progress (and I received a lot of reports of people losing hours of progress just as I did), and none of them see the case information on the loading screen.

Xbox users not having investigation wall is related to different platforms being patched in a different tempo. It's something we don't have full control of. It is fixed already, we just have to wait for the patch to come through.

How can you justify this by talking about a patch? That's a crucial piece of the narrative and it was not included at all in the initial launch. This is ridiculous.

Camp beta is completely glitched out. This is getting so frustrating. I'm so close to completing the game but have run into countless glitches and issues. I have had it up to my eye balls and honestly will not be playing this until it is patched and fixed. This is so disappointing. I was really enjoying this game but it obviously wasn't tested for Xbox pc as there are way too many issues.

i play on pc with xpass.Although I worked for a long time, I could not find the quest and when I researched the problem, the quest went into bug. How can you help me ?

Hi, I wrote an email to you but..
quest says that you have to check libraries. Have you check 2 of them? One in father's limbo (room with Tattooist) and one in Marie's limbo (room with Snow Globe). After visiting thsoe two places the book should appear (and the pink trail leading you to it).
