Xbox Series X - Acheivements bugged?

First off, I enjoyed the game, despite the bugs and crashes.

That being said, I completed the game, and ran into some weirdness. I had the achievement popups for "The bigger they are.." ,"Vidi" , "Smoke and Mirrors" but they aren't showing unlocked on the system itself. They show on the Achievement menu in the game.

Additionally, I never skipped a cutscene including the credits but the achievement never unlocked. I'm pretty sure the same thing happened for the anchors achievement.

At this point I should be 1000/1000 but I'm at 810/1000 with 27/32 unlocked.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I am very sorry this happened to you. We are only aware of the anchors achievement issue, but not others. If game recognizes them as achieved, maybe you are having some cloud synchronisation issues? Have you tried restarting your console and game?

No worries, I know how it is like to be on the other side :)

That's so strange.. first rule of IT worked. Rebooted the Xbox and the achievements are showing.

Now the only missing achievements are the "You can't make me" and the anchor one.

I'll wait for a patch. Thanks again!

Just thought I'd let you know the "smoke and mirrors" definitely has a bug on the xbox. I have got to the point of no return, restarted the game numerous times and still no update with the bug unlocking and have had other achievements unlock after this.

I also kept getting some weird bug where consumables became unusable after some fights then i save and quite to menu they were usable again but all the monsters were frozen in space and unhittable except for the komodo dragon style enemies.

i just finished the game on XSX and "The Canvas" achievement didn't unlock for me, even when in the game achievement list says completed.
The anchors achievement didn't unlock too, i restarted the xbox several times without good results.

The Anchors achievement we are aware of, but the Canvas should work fine. If the game recognizes it as achieved then it is up to sync with cloud. I will monitor this.

I'm getting the same situation on Xbox. All my consumables are frozen even after multiple restarts. I can shoot the gun, but not switch bullet (nor use smoke etc). Additionally, the flashlight won't come on in the dark either.
