Help finding a light

My current quest involves finding a book and I need to go through a dark area to find it. I've also been blocked from progressing in a couple? of other places due to the lack of a light. I'm obviously missing something as I've not found a light or a clue to finding one anywhere. Could someone give me a hint?

(I currently have 4 tarot cards: Lovers, Hanged Man, Magician and Fool - I don't think I can open any tarot doors yet)

You need flashlight from your father Limbo

Hmm...I thought I'd explored all accessible areas in fathers limbo. Could you tell me a nearby anchor?

I do. Ive been round opening all the ones I could spot, I may have missed one.

You'll find the flashlight in south-east part of the father's limbo. 2 floor under green swamp, at dead end.

Goto the Panorama anchor (the flashlight is 3 levels almost directly below this anchor, go right then down. When you see the image of the guy on the phone, something is said about a private investigator, jump up and follow it up to the flashlight.
