Need a hint with the missing pieces of the last memoirs record
I'm pretty sure I've explored the entirety of Mother's Limbo (at least I don't see any question marks left on the map), however, for the life of me I cannot find the last piece of her memoirs record. I think I've collected 3 (4?) pieces so far. Maybe I've been to a place with the last piece but didn't pick it up somehow, I don't know. Plus, where the heck is the second part of the note?

Check on your map the BnP Collected, if its not 100%, there is something missing there. (its divided by the orange traces)

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, ty so much, I was totally stuck there too. Devs seriously need to fix that doorway, add a question mark to the map or something
