the 'rifts' and location of 'inquisitor'.

I have found about 5 of these rifts that does not show in map, it all has '4300' looking symbol at it, but it does not open with the prompt and i have no clue what to put in these individual rifts. i guess i missed a note?? and also i'm at the end of the game and i want to finish the inquisitor quest, nothing shows up on map and i have no clue how to progress the side quest. i attacked the inquisitor than went to blacksmith and he said he needed Owl gun again..? the objective just says 'Defeat the inquisitor' and i would if i know where the hell he is.

With inquisitor I will be right back at you as I will have to double check everything, but in the meantime I can answer about the rifts.


So the answer to the rift is hidden somewhere near it:
- have you seen a glowing flower? try counting glowing "animations"
- have you seen ink drops falling down in a sequence? try counting that
- have you noticed candles near the rift? guess what, try counting them :D
- as far as other two goes, I hope you know Roman Numerals, because that is what the hint to solving them is - its really close to them :)

Let me hop on the Inquisitor issue:
The first and the second Inqusitor encounter are located on your main path so if you'll play with the main game flow you'll eventually encounter them.
Bringing him the gun is part of the solution. Now you need to buy the enhanced bullet that needed the gun in the first place. This should help with taking down Inquisitors shields.

Third encounter is completely optional. It's located in the first desert are in father's limbo

Ok.. I'm stuck at the rift with "XD" on a wall.. as far as I know.. there is no X in front of D in the Roman Numerals.. Am I missing something?
I know there are some boards before X and after D.. but I've tried I think all the possibilites and cannot get it to work.. and that's the last one to have all zones at 100%

It's our bad. The answer is 490 as we incorrectly researched the topic. In the newer patches and on pc the clue and the answer is already changed.

can someone help me? i'm trying to do a rift, i saw the solution from the youtube, but somehow the device of the person doesn't match the same symbols as mines, even tho is the same sequence ,i'm missing something? my device https://imgur.com/a/pOuWUtN
his solution https://imgur.com/a/WP2hwsX, why does his device has space and mine doesn't? i literally can't open the rift because of this, i'm missing something?

I did in fact, nothing happened, is like since is not matching the symbol it won't open, happened to me with another door too, but somehow i could open even tho the symbols didn't match at all, you can see my device is like zoomed, i don't know what is, but i can't open this rift :(

Could you send me the screenshot of the environment before entering the rift? As the answer is always hidden somewhere near. The difference comes from how patches are processed on different platforms.

Yes I understand, please send me a screenshot of the rift you are having problem, but without actually entering the rift, so I could see fully zoomed out view :)

Great, yeah thats the patched one. The answer to this one is 0490
So if you could rotate the device cogs to match above number it should work.
