Lowpass / Highpass settings

Are there ideal settings for the filters? I find the audio really tinny. I played with it a bit but can't quite get it right (to my ears.)

Personaly, I use both filters in order to reduce the volume,.

Default setting for lowpass but increase the order setting I think which makes the filter more effective. 3 or 4 was pretty good.
