I didn't test for this specific game, but i think you can circumvent that by using SteamDB website. There is a install button there for games and DLCs.

This unfortunately does no longer work. It worked in the past, but Steam seems to have locked that down now.

The Devs have a Google Drive Link in their Announcement Channel on Discord where you can download all DLCs as Files. You just have to put those in your Game Files and you have the DLC Content.

Hello! I don't think this is such a problem but with dlc installed you can see the dlc content before actually unlocking the characters through the shop :D

I found a bug. In those levels where you have to get the RAM chips to the bottom, if there's 2 on top of each other in the last move it will not count as a win after the first one goes through, when it should, because I've made no other move. Extremely hard to replicate but it does happen.
