If they had a demo that allowed people to try this I would have at least done that. So far I see mixed reviews and optimization issues. But for full price game, ehh.

Don't worry, I'll be enjoying Civ 7. I've seen enough game play and reviews to confirm this is not worth the $60.

And I'm also playing Old World, and Age of Wonders 4, and Civilization IV (still my favorite).

It's not like you have to choose only one.

100%. If Civ 7 has better AI it will remain champ. What geniuses though we wanted to min/max an excel spreadsheet instead of have the game tell a story like Civ does?

I can guarantee, the Civ 7 Forums will have all the same complaints upon release.

Not to mention when you want the complete package you will shell out $130 for the Civ7 Founders Edition.

lol.It took them 3 years in Civ6 to make the A.I use naval and 4 years for Air units.

Someone who thought outside the box instead of purely stealing ideas like Civ has been doing. BTW, civ 8 will be similar to this game.

Also, what story? The AI is dumb as brick on release of every civ game.

Cool. I played this game for 6 hours straight. I can confirm this game was worth the 60$ I spent on it.

Civ 7 is garbage too.

I was hopping that Humankind , Millenia , Oldworld , Civ 7 , Ara would be good.

I can play Civ 4 indefinitely, no matter how many flops you throw at me.
