Plow & Heavy Plow

Why does the plow and heavy plow both have the same exact improvement as an amenity for farms?

Both boost farm production by 100%.

What is the point of switching to heavy plow?

And they have the same production cost (1000u) which is ridiculous as the city production between the two techs has gone way up. I lowered the plow cost to 500 and increased the bonus to 2.0 for the heavyplough (will test it to see if not to much)

It would be nice to have the plow as part of the recipe booster for the Heavy plow to mirror the Lithic tools > Metal tools.

I cannot test it anymore but I am pretty sure that pre-patch changing from plow to heavy plow did increase the production. Must be a bug with the patch.

Just took a look at this. Looks like at some point the normal plow got buffed but the heavy plow wasn't subsequently improved. Will be changing the heavy plow to provide a 150% boost.
