No Culling mod suddenly broke my mod saves (we need an option in base game!)

I started a game on Earth map with no culling mod. Things worked fine until turn 200. Then the save files all got broken (I load the save - it says - saves uses a mod, the same mod is required but it doesn't load - the mod has been activated since installation).

NOW THERE YOU SEE. MOD MAY GET FIXED. BUT IT BREAKS ACHIEVEMENTS AND NO CULLING OPTION IS A MUST HAVE OPTION IN THE VANILLA BASE GAME.

IMPLEMENT IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE. I REALLY HOPE THIS GETS INTO THE COMING UPDATE 1.3.
