No longer available on Steam :(

what type are each dlc? I am mostly looking for expansion type dlcs but all I see are like one extra mission or some car or clothes and some are just money and xp which dlc should I get that actually adds to the game?

Sleeping does nothing. There's no more missions. I can't ring anyone that does anything other than give a small favour mission... I've no idea what's happened. Any ideas of a way past this? I don't want to have to restart the game all over! :(

some games like re4 (2005) have the same "Low Violence: Low Violence Version" warning for germany, but the devs updated the game since the warning was put on the page, meaning you get the same version as everyone else, so the warning is misleading. germany has gotten much more relaxed with violence in videogames nowadays, which is why plenty developers update the steam version to no longer be censored. is this also the case for this game? or do i have to get it elsewhere / get a key for the global version...

It's been sitting at 20€ for what seems like an eternity now. No holiday sale or any other sale ever carried over to this game.
