i just finished the game, define sexual content, there is speak of it, quite graphicly at the start, no hookers in game play or anything, no sex scenes, there is talk of porn (as in there is a guy who is a leader in the industry, he talks about making money off of putting girls in the industry and how profitable it is), near the end your character is propositioned by a girl quite strongly, but comparing it to alot of other games it isnt too bad, alot of foul language though.

if this is intended for your mum to read so she will let you play it, i'll say the content is a bit sexual, alot of violence, lots of foul language, but most games that come out try their best to push the limits and make it more outrageous than any other game, which makes it tricky.

You're not just "cleanly" shooting people and watching them slump to the floor; you *impale live people on meathooks*, *decapitate them with ice chippers* and so forth.
