*Spoilers* Is Smeily cat Jackie?

Hello. I just finished the DLC ''Terror in North Point'', and I think smiley cat is Jackie with a mask of a cat. But why he is angry and wants vengance since he never knew (before dead) the true about wei's being a cop.

he does know that wei is a cop because when wei was racing jackie was also there following him

So theres no way they can be the same person. (Unless he cloned himself or something but thats crazy talk)

Interesting! I never saw Jackie on the dlc because never went back to that restaurant. But why they disappeared, especially Jackie when wei's approach. Also, the other guy knew where wei's' rivals were , thus, where smiely cat was (Jackie).
