Slow motion when i play

Basicaly i start to play and it's really really slow it's not my FPS thats fine if anyone can help i'd appreciate it

Look in options under the display content and see if 'enable 3D display' is on if so turn it off

When the game slowed down on me that was the reason

yeah I got that too, looks like a glitch. Its not an fps thing, or on your side.

I find when you moved your guy and pressed the axis down by accident, it goes like in to slow motion until you get in to a different looking environment.

Just another reason, I wish this game was ported correctly for the PC.

It really does look like a cool game. Too bad I cant play it because I cant play with a controller and the keyboard buttons on the right side cant be binded so I can play. Its really sad.

Hopefully they can put a patch out that will let true PC gamers change the buttons on the keybaord to the buttons we want and dont force default binded stuff down our neck.

Yep screwed again, glad it was on sale:) But Im still not happy that the game is unplayable without a controller. Its not a PC version of the game if you need a controller to play it.

I have the same issue but it's recent. I could finish the game one month ago, played 45 hours and never had this problem. I'm with Nvidia and had 2 drivers updates since that time maybe it come from there, or an update on the game I didn't see. I'm saying that because I changed absolutely nothing else on my computer.

The port is one of the best this gen imo and usually runs and looks really good, don't know what happened here... :(

Edit : I forgot, I actually updated windows from 8 to 8.1 since the last it was running fine.

i like to play it in mega great quality (dl texture pack dlc for free) with a xbox pad !! awesome !

try changing your graphics settings to something down... like... 800x600 in a fullscreen if you like fullscreen... if you put it in a window, that might help too
I'm downloading the game, but I own Just Cause 2 another Square Enix game, and had this same problem. changing my res. worked... hope it works for you too :3

rin okumaura thank you i started the game windowed then switched to full screen that fixed it but anyone who knows another way i'd be gratefull

No problem... just now, I finally downloaded the game, however, for some odd reason, I can't get past the screen with the copyright.. thing freezes... then I ctrl+alt+del, and a pop up says: H(wtf it says).exe has stopped working, windows is closing the program.

there are plenty of fixes for that on you tube i was searching for how to fix slow motionbug and found HKSHIP.EXE has stopped working

Just turn off the shadow resolution i know its less realistic shadows but with out em you can run on high without lag besides the shadows were too quick it didnt seem real just cheap anyways.
