PC Beeps when I press L-shift + L-mouse button :(

Ok, I just reached a point in the game where I'm learning to use a gun. You know the controls, L-control to hide behind a barrier, hold L-shift to aim, then L-mouse to fire. Sounds like it should be pretty simple, yes?

Well, for some reason when I hold L-shift and press L-mouse, nothing happens. Then, if I continue to click a few times, my PC starts to beep(not internally, through speakers). I tried a google search to see if I could find a fix, but nothing.

Now I don't know if this is a factor or not, but I use a Razer Lycosa keyboard, and recently my old Logitech G500 died on me, so I replaced it with a Razer Naga.

Anyone know what's going on here, and possibly how to fix it? Because I can't continue the mission being unable to fire my gun while holding shift. >_<

I double-checked, just to make sure, and sticky keys was never turned on. So unfortunately, I don't think it's that. :( Thanks for the suggestion though. :)

Yep, that's the beeping right there. I'll try disabling soft aiming, and see if that does it. Thanks! :D

So turning off soft aiming didn't work. But just to help anyone else who runs into this problem, the only solution that did work was changing the button layout.

Making my aim R-mouse, and counter as L-shift fixed the problem. Other than that, great game. :D I just beat it.
