How do i finish a game of mahjong

I am doing this cop mission were i am FORCED to play mahjong. I don't have to win, just finish the game. However, nothing works. I can only choose one of my tiles to either move up for down. No other button works. Keyboard arrows does nothing, same for numbers. Mouse does nothing either.

1. i'm suprised you even got that far using pc controls ( my keys stick when i play this game so i switched to a controller)
2. As far as i know you pick your tile , move it up or down and then the other guy moves his.

u must get it in order like 12345 and some other move too the rule book is on the table is that the u talking about is the one out of the sea right? if it wasn't then i dont know...lol...

Just in case wanted to know the answer to this. You need to press the "a" key in order to switch tiles when using a keyboard. It's not listed on the screen.
