Mahjong tiles are bright white?

I cant see the pictures on the Majong tiles, I cant complete this mission if I cant see what I'm doing....

I guess it is a problem in both editions of sleeping dogs. Someone in my friendlist had the same problem in the DE. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761323763
(I don't have the problem though)
