how to replay the story missions?

hi, ive completed the game and i started the DLC'S now.

ofcourse i can run around the city and do stuff (which is great, but fighting police is best :P)

but after each mission there was a message like "replay mission unlocked" or something like that. but how can i replay the story now without creating a new game? or choose from story quests ?

in the game menu choose Social Hub, and there you have it.
