How do you exit the game??

When I press the escape button during gameplay there is ONLY the option to rejoin the game pressing Enter key, that's it. No option to leave the game. Looked in the key bindings list and nothing there either. How do you quit while in-game??

That should only happen during cutscenes. If you really need to end the game just press alt + f4.
