Gravel Challenge is insane

Please for the love of god either tweak the tyre & engine wear or make the AI also receive similar amounts of wear because holy ♥♥♥♥ that championship is near impossible to do...
I play on simulation settings & dynamic difficulty and my car is almost always 100% on wheels and engine and transmission is at like 60% after 2 stages and you can't fix all but only slightly. You will get to stage 4 and 6 with everything pretty much destroyed and you'll be slower than a stock Mini Miglia. What makes it worse is the fact that the AI is unaffected by all this and even from very beginning they are at least 3 seconds ahead. All this because you won first 2 stages but then pain came afterwards.

actually, now that I think of it...I had this issue with a RWD car, it sucks that it is so fun to use those but it screws you so hard in such situation with really long tracks.

I drive a 4wd car and have the exact same issues. It's a shame really, because the overall gameplay is very good.

I agree that the overall wear is probably a bit too much. Even if you stay on the track,avoid tire wear whenever possible and use the auto-repair suggestions you sometimes end up with an almost total wreckage of your car!

+1 on this, I was having a blast with the game up until the Gravel Challenge where I'm unable to hold onto my 10 second least at the last stage of the first rally as I start the stage with orange tyres and the AI has 3 seconds on me after the first two turns : (
