I think you really should focus your energy into making this the best single player experience you can. People are a bit saturated of multiplayer games and changing focus to that, even on free time, means you wont be 100 per cent focused on what you promised to deliver. Not everything needs to be multiplayer. Maybe expand the city? Add controller support, which is something that could have been added before.
As a gamer and a huge fan of yours, as you know, this is just my opinion.

I'm not interested in multiplayer, I am burnt out and sick of multiplayer games. I have even deleted all multiplayer focused games off my drives. I much prefer the single player experience so I can play the game in peace. Please focus on single player mode. And if you really are going all in on multiplayer, please don't neglect single player mode.
