deleting built things?

sooooo how do i delete/ destroy stuff? theres a key binding for "destroy build" but thats also the build button.... so i just build more unbreakable things.... when will this game be playable?

You need to select the tool at number 4.
It will then be possible to disassemble everything and the materials will be returned to the warehouse.
