I know that had it unlocked there, but ain't currently using it because it hides any Tailor's colouring that I might be using.
And just as a mere fyi, I've already unlocked it and I still haven't done the 1st Sohia's bookstore memory mission to undergo a Templar's controlled temple beneath the city.
Hey Duracell𝟜𝟞𝟟𝟛ツ,
Thank you for getting in touch!
The Turkish Assassin Armour is part of the Lost Archives DLC, which we're aware some players are having issues accessing at the moment.
This is under investigation so we hope to have news in the future.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused and congratulations on earning 100% completion!

Sorry for being late to the party, I had the same issue, and I just managed to figure it out:
- Install Steam copy of the game first.
- Ubisoft account will automatically try to conduct second installation.
- Choose your Steam directory as a desired installation path.
- Instead of doing full installation, files search and verification will be conducted.
- Open your save file and rejoice.
I *suspect* it is a problem due to difference of versions - Gold edition on Steam possesses "The Lost Archive" DLC, while Ubisoft doesn't seem to have it listed. I also own Far Cry 4 bought on Steam, and it doesn't work independently, I need both clients running. AC: Revelations, however, I could start either from Steam (and Ubisoft client would launch), or directly from Ubisoft - then Steam client wasn't needed.
If it is still a problem for you, I would be grateful, if you could confirm if solution worked for you. Maybe there are lost souls out there, who are still facing this issue, and that could be of some help for them.
Cheers,
- G.
Thanks for reaching out with an additional suggestion! Whilst the issue does continue to remain under investigation on our side, we appreciate any potential suggestions between players that may assist.
Let us know if you have any further questions!
