Controller and keyboard isn't worked

I've just played AC Revelations, but I can't move Ezio normally. I just pressed W)\ but he didn't go straight, he moved random around that I can't find any rule for it.
Can anyone help me fix it?

I had this problem, only with an XBox Series 2 controller. Someone on here said to remove the file systemdetection.dll from the game folder, and that worked for me.

Obviously, don't delete this file if you're trying it: just move it somewhere so you can put it back if necessary. I hope this works for you too.
