Changing controls

How do you change the "Jump" and "Drop" keys because I do not know how to.

I don't recommend doing that. These are not mere "Jump" and "Drop" buttons. You can swap Space (A) with Shift (B) to accomplish your goal but it'll be very confusing to get used to. The "Jump" button is actually the "Legs" button and does everything from fast walking and parkouring to dodging and diving while in water. And "Drop" is performed by "Empty Hand" which is used for Gentle Push, interacting, grabbing and throwing, etc.

1. Go to
   

   [Main Menu] > Options > Controls > Customize Controls

   
   
2. Change the key binds as desired:
   
   • "Jump" = Legs (default key: Space)
     
   • "Drop" = Empty Hand (default key: Shift)

EDIT: As the guy rightfully said above, bear in mind these keys accommodate for a whole range of actions as indicated by the formal command names; double-check you want to change them and experiment with any changes you do make.
