'Capped' and 'Bully' still locked. Any solutions?

Every achievement got unlocked (even the DLC ones) on launch except these two, despite being unlocked on Uplay and on my save file. Tried replaying a memory and restarting multiple times but to no avail.

Edit: 'Monster's Dance' and the above two are not showing up on Uplay (it says 45/45 achievements unlocked), but I did get this one on Steam

There are some people who have the same issue, including me. I'm reinstalling both the ubi launcher and the game rn, maybe it will help lol.
Im also considering making a save backup and then wiping cloud saves if its possible.

Same problem.
In Ubisoft Connect i have 100% and 45 achievements in total.
Capped, Monster's Dance and Bullu are not showing.

Wait, are you saying that in Ubisoft Connect that you can only even see 45 possible achievements? If so, that's quite odd because on my Ubisoft Connect client I actually do see all 48 listed just like Steam. I just downloaded the client today since hearing news of them adding achievements, otherwise, I haven't played this game since July of 2013 according to the client.

Incidentally, I am also at 45/48 missing Capped, Monster's Dance and Bully too.

I had the same problem with only seeing 45 achievements at first. I had to input the 2 codes Steam gave me into the Ubisoft client and it created another instance of ACR in Ubi client, which then showed the full 48 achievements

I've activated the key from steam, but both instances of the game show 45/45 achievements

I had to unlock the 2 achievements, for 100 animus fragments and monster dance manually, as I didnt have it unlocked back when it was 45/45

I have the same problem with 45 achievements in Ubisoft Launcher and 48 on Steam.I managed to unlock 1 achievement from Steam, but I can't unlock the "Capped" and "Bully" achievements. Duccio doesn't respawn even if I replay the sequence 4 memory 4 and replaying another sequence doesn't work either. The second achievement "Capped" doesn't unlock even though I have animus fragments marked as completed in my in-game inventory. I don't want to play the whole game again because of these achievements :D

Finally I managed to solve the problem with the other 2 achievements, it's not automatic but it can be solved. So it takes about 2 hours, but better than playing the whole game again because of these achievements.

It is possible to find links to saved games on the internet "[AC Revelations] Ultimate Saves Collection (PC)" from year 2019 (use ACSaveTool from Github to convert saves). In this archive you can find saves from different parts of the game, to unlock the achievement "Bully" you need to replace your current saves with the save from memory 4, play the first mission. After this mission, complete one mission for Sofia in which Daccio shows up. Once this mission is done, you then need to go to the location where Daccio spawns. He didn't show up until I was almost at the well, so you need to go as close to it as possible. This can be confusing if he doesn't spawn from a distance.

To unlock the last achievement, Capped, I downloaded the save the same way, which is saved in sequence 7, just the very 1st mission. In this one, you missed collecting the remaining 12 animus fragments. They are all available during the first mission, so just collect them all and the achievement will unlock afterwards.

I'm not responsible if your save gets damaged. MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU EDIT ANYTHING!

I havent unlocked bully but my save has a problem spawning him, so I'm just going to replay until the point in the game where I can do it again

Yes. I have the same problem. After one of the UbiLauncher updates, I lost 3 achievements: "Bully", "Monster's dance", "Capped". On current saves it's impossible to get them since they're already obtained, but for some reason UbiLauncher thinks they shouldn't be obtained. Therefore, to quickly get the achievements you need to use "Assassin's Creed: Revelations Save Set". For "Bully" - "Sequence 6. Fortune's Disfavor", "Monster's dance" - "Sequence 3. Lost and Found", for "Capped" - "Sequence 7. Underworld".
