Altair's Memory 3 crash, ACRSP stop working quick fix

This has happened to me a few times and I did not reinstall anything and verified the files and that did not fix the problem.
I figured just like the other AC previous, these games only like 60hz and Vsync on and that fixed the crash for me.

you fixed the same issue i was having, i put vsync off after that memory and things were all good. Thank you very much sir/ma'am
