Following these steps fixed Desmond's journey, but not The Lost Archive.
Download the savefile here to bypass the cd key requirement of the lost archive.
None of these work.
Except when I do that it flags the key as invalid. Ubisoft needs to go under, enough with these shenanigans lmao.
This two fixes together worked for me. I also have the problem with the "invalid DLC key". I only have the base game activated in connect but the Gold Edition here in steam.
In which folder do you put the savefile? I had to put it in the savegames folder inside the Ubisoft folder on C. There is another folder inside called 40 where your AC:Revelations save is. Also had to deactivate cloud save in connect, so backup your old save if you have one.
However, I have noticed that Ubisoft Connect does not recognise my Uplay version, which is a base game + DLC, anymore, insted it claims I only "own" a Ubisoft+ version. So I have found a resolution... I bought a Gold Edition Uplay key, activated it and now the DLC works on the Connect version only (and I have 3 ACRevs listed on Connect library), as suggested by another user above.
The Lost Archive on Steam does not work for me, no matter how closely I would follow the guide... Plus, the linked save files seem to not be compatible with base + DLC version, but are ok on the Gold Edition I just bought.
The weirdest corporate bs I have encountered in years.
Thank you so much! I had a long chat with UBI too and they are no help at all.
Will try that later!
Lots of love and merry christmas!
