Looking for 100% achievements savefile

I am stuck with a few bugged achievements that seemingly haven't carried over with my synced save files.

1. "Capped":
Collect all Animus data fragments.

((I have achieved 100% synchronization, the data fragment section in the memory list clearly says I have them all and there are 0 data fragments left on the map to pick up))

2. "Monster's dance":
Have a guard incapacitate 3 civilians while he's poisoned.

((I have done this several times over, even following instructional video guides to the letter, but the achievement won't pop in Steam or in Uplay))

3. "Bully":
Find and beat up Duccio.

((Duccio is nowhere to be seen and neither is his target marker on the map, leading me to believe that I have already done this, but the achievement hasn't popped in Steam or in Uplay))

4. "Impress Warren Vidic":
Complete the Animus testing sequence without failing.

((From what I remember, I had managed to do this when I first played the game years ago, but the avhievement still remains locked both in Steam and Uplay))

I could sort the achievements on Steam with the Steam Achievement Manager, but that wouldn't unlock them in Uplay.
Would it be possible to download and then transfer a save file that has all the achievements unlocked...?
I have been replaying most of the AC games in anticipation of Shadows releasing now in March, and it's incredibly annoying to see these last few achievements that I know I should already have but don't...

For Warren Vidic, try and complete it again if your dlc is playable, it's probably because you didn't start from right at the beginning of the memory or something like that.

And you cant unlock achievements with SAM because they are protected.

And you cant unlock achievements with SAM because they are protected.

You can unlock Steam achievements with SAM, yes.
Just not Ubisoft's own achievements.

Nah, its locked, when you try to use SAM on this game, you get error that the achievements are protected
