Assassins creed Reveletions crashes when I kill the guy in the roof at secuence 5, Altäir memory

I tried evrything, change my graphics options, remove the drivers and reinstall it in previous versions... but nothing works, when I enter in my session and kill the guy in the roof at secuence 5 in the Altair memory with his son, the game automatically crash, no matter the way I kill him, the game always crash at the same point. I tried to contact with uplay support but they dont aswer me. Can anyone help me?

Try to turn off video card features and start game directly from Ubisoft. I had similar situation later in game.

I have found the way to fix the issue. You have to go to task manager-details-right click on the Ac revelations.exe and select set afinity and only select CPU 0. The game will become laggy but playable. Complete the mission and restore the original afinity. You will have to do this process two times, once in the secuence 5 in altair´s memory and the second time in secuence 7 in Capadocia.
