Use the in-game settings or your graphics card control panel to lock the FPS to 60 or below until you finish this mission.
Hey there Legolas!
I'm just checking in to see how you're getting on following tiger199835's suggestion?
Are you still having crashing issues after limiting your FPS to 60?
- Ubisoft Support
Hello, yes i checked his advice and I turned off some cores and reduce the fps and I passed that fight, tks so much Tiger199835 and Ubi_TheBerry. xD
Thanks for the update Legolas, great news!
You know where we are if there's ever anything more you need help with!

I've been following this steps but my game still crashed whenever i fight Shakulu
Firstly, please make sure the in-game FPS really is 60 or below. You can use Windows game bar (Win + G) or other softwares.
If the in-game FPS is higher than 60, double check your game settings, graphic cards control panel, etc to reduce it. You can potentially also open up a second game or other programs, if using a laptop unplug the power etc to reduce FPS.
If the in-game FPS is 60 or below and this issue still occurs, please contact Ubisoft Support here or open a ticket as it probably indicates some other issues.
You could also try finding a save online to get past this section as a last resort.
Sorry for the delay.
And thanks again for your help here tiger199835!
